10/10 experience. I took all my boys there (4 kids and my husband) but it was only my 13 year old and husband getting hair cuts and they were so welcoming to us. My youngest two were pretty crazy but they made us feel so welcomed. I didn’t mention it at the time but my 7 year is autistic and they were so beyond kind with him and he wasn’t even getting his hair done haha. He actually ended up asking to get his hair cut which was a new experience for us haha (we weren’t able to get it done due to our time, but most definitely will in the future). Their prices were very reasonable and I was able to completely spoil my partner for less than $100. Alex cut his hair so amazingly, I’ve actually taken him to 3-4 different barbers but we never found the right fit for his hair until now! She absolutely killed it and made him look 5 years younger haha. We will most definitely be back. I wish I caught the desk lady’s name but my boys were going crazy, she was very kind and warm and was actually the original reason why I felt compelled to book for my husband too after my 13 year old got his cut.

I originally met the upbeat Tommy Gun's team this summer at the Archway charity golf tournament where they sponsored a hole. I live in the Okanagan but was back for another business trip this month so searched them out for a haircut while I was in the Lower Mainland. I booked online and was served immediately upon arrival. Gourav and I had a great conversation during my cut and everyone was professional and friendly. I highly recommend this location!

It's my first time getting haircut at this location was greeted with a big smile as soon as I enter the barber shop. Had to do a walk-in and luckily, there's a free barber to get the haircut right away. Gouran, was very easy to work with and understand the need (style of haircut) of the client and was very friendly. Overall, it was great experience. Thank you.

Always amazing service, from the time you walk in the door. Complimentary soda when I walked in. Hot towel to relax, shampoo/wash is always included. If you are in a rush, they can do a quick clip and get you out the door, or take their time and get all the little tweaks you want.
